The Fleet/Asset Management module tracks location, contractual detail and utilization for a range of technology assets including copiers, printers, computers, phones, and more. Utilization can be captured in a variety of formats, from traditional key input to an automated data capture from third party utilities that reside on the customer network. The system automatically notifies management of pending contract expiration and contracts can be viewed and stored within the system. The reports allow users to understand asset inventory and cost.
