The Meeting Room module provides the ability to automate the entire scheduling process for conference rooms and associated resources such as A/V equipment and catering. Users can book rooms and view room schedules via the desktop or schedule rooms and resources directly through Microsoft Outook. Administrators can control reservation processes, manage rooms, resources and services and track utilization and charges. Reservations can be reviewed and approved or booked on-the-fly depending on your management protocol. Service providers such as facilities and catering can quickly view service requests for the day and into the future.
