The Facility Service Requests module allows users to manage the range of facility service requests from break/fix calls on copiers and printers to air conditioning hot/cold calls. Users can submit on-line requests and scheduled tasks can be set to auto-populate the request queue. Management can either manually assign and dispatch calls to technicians via phone or email and/or auto-assign and dispatch calls to technicians working remotely via smart phone devices. Regardless of process, the technician is able to quickly understand the service issue and location and quickly respond. Service start/stop time, supplies and meter read is captured on all tickets resulting in the ability to easily measure technician and or machine performance.
