The File Tracking module allows you to track file location either in the file room or checked out to an employee. Users can check the status of files and request files to be checked out or checked back in to the file room. The active File List can be customized to track the customer's required tracking fields. Once files are no longer available in the central file room, they can be moved to an archive list so users can check the active status of any file. The File Tracking module operates in a self-service or managed mode depending on the customer's requirements.
