iOFFICE provides sales, implementation, and end user training relative to the level and type of partnership desired. Competitive financial incentives are provided to partners based on a Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) SaaS model.

CHANNEL PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS

 iOFFICE offers three levels of partnership. The following descriptions provide an overview of each.

  • iOffice Channel Partners

    Reseller Partners

    Our Reseller Partners sell the iOFFICE platform directly to customers and are expected to consistently meet high volume revenue targets. Resellers have an established sales team that is dedicated to selling the iOFFICE platform to their customers. Implementation is typically provided by iOFFICE's implementation team. However, with additional certification, Resellers may choose to provide implementation services as well.

  • iOffice Channel Partner Implementation

    Implementation Partners

    Implementation Partners are certified in all technical aspects of the iOFFICE platform and are expected to consistently meet low-mid volume revenue targets. Implementation Partners provide complete implementation services in addition to their own related, value-added services. Implementation Partners can team with iOFFICE's direct sales team or an iOFFICE reseller to assist with the sales process.

  • iOffice Channel Partners - Service Provider

    Service Provider Partner

    Service Provider Partners provide Managed Workplace Services in support of iOFFICE customers and are expected to consistently meet mid-high volume revenue targets. Service Providers include the iOFFICE platform as part of their overall managed services portfolio and are typically the end users of the product. Implementation is usually provided by iOFFICE's implementation team. However, with additional certification, Service Providers may choose to provide implementation services as well.
