The ASHRAE Level 1 walk-through is the starting point for building energy optimization.
iOffice works with building staff to walk through the facilities and get a firm understanding of the building configuration and the nature of the internal energy systems. By evaluating current utility bills and operating data, we develop an analysis of facility-wide energy consumption.
For LEED purposes, the iOffice analysis will, at minimum, include:
- Detailed list of total project annual energy consumption
- Summary of findings based on the building’s Energy Utilization Index
- List of potential low‐cost / no‐cost energy efficiency upgrades and changes
