After the feasibility study, the Initial Performance Period is kicked off, engaging your staff, key vendors and engineers to make sure everyone is on the same page and our next steps are clear. With iOffice, you don’t start from scratch – our Accredited LEED Professionals bring a deep knowledge base of policies, plans and procedures for certification and maintenance, ensuring your process runs smoothly.

We work with your team on a daily basis to confirm schedule and task. iOffice will complete and submit the application to the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI), and follow up to clarify any comments or questions from the appointed reviewers.

Once your application is approved, we make sure your team has adopted our policies, plans and procedures as their own, helping you maintain your certification into the future.
