Situation:
The Client was utilizing the iOffice Connect Copy and Asset module to provide electronic job submission, production management and copier fleet management. The Client split into two separate organizations. One arm approached iOffice to set up the Copy and Asset module for their group and discuss how to separate their historical data into a site dedicated to their company. In addition, the Client requested a complete demonstration of the entire iOffice Connect portal to identify any additional services they could utilize.

As a result of the demonstration, the Client determined they had an immediate need for the Relocation, Space and Service Request modules. Due to the organizational change, the Client had no method for understanding the scope of their occupied space and managing their space requirements into the future. In addition, they had no method for coordinating occupant and asset moves or managing requests for facility services.

Solution:
iOffice set up a new site with all the required modules including copy, asset, service request, relocation and space. We set up a process to capture and populate the new site with the historical copy data.

Result:
The Client has a process for managing their space requirements and coordinating service and relocation requests. By implementing iOffice Connect at the headquarters operation, the Client established a standard methodology for managing space and service requests for their entire organization. The Client has implemented the solution for two additional locations and is targeting all offices in the US and Internationally. After the complete roll-out, the Client will have the ability to understand real-time the scope of their global real estate assets and will have the ability to maximize this resource.
