iOFFICE Honors 6 Workplace Champions at Annual Conference

by Elizabeth Dukes on April 27, 2018

Drop the mic! We just concluded our 3rd Annual User Conference and it was a huge success!  We spent two days at Minute Maid Park, the home of our beloved Astros, watching a little baseball, socializing and working together to take advantage of all the exciting opportunities that exist in todays workplace. During our time together, we recognized a few of our customers who are accelerating progress within their own organization and contributing to the success of the iOFFICE solution. We are so grateful to have such an awesome customer community who are willing to share ideas and work in true partnership.

WILL MARTIN | Health Management Systems

“All in, all the time”

As the Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities, Will has played a huge role in the successful implementation of our Service Request module at multiple departments for Health Management Systems . The entire facilities team at HMS actually recommended iOFFICE to the human resources team, since their experience with the system was so positive. Will provided his unwavering support when the HMS HR department expressed interest in acquiring the system for themselves. We can’t thank him enough for his support.

As Will was unable to attend our event this year, Elise Gross, also with HMS, accepted the award on his behalf.

As the Global Workplace Support Manager, Alison was deeply involved in implementating iOFFICE for Adobe and has been instrumental identifying measures for and Cushman & Wakefield’s teams to improve processing and explanding the utilization of iOFFICE’s Space, Move, Asset, Service Request and Mail modules. “Everything stems from an idea.”

Jackson Healthcare knew that it would be a challenge to wrangle all of their asset records, user data and space plans from disparate systems across their various facilities scattered throughout Georgia, and a few other locations. As the Facilities Operations Manager, Lori faced these challenges head-on and was able to complete the implementation of iOFFICE quickly while continuing to support her team through the transition.

Lori also continues to bring new ideas and suggestions to the iOFFICE team to help make our IWMS even more robust. We’re grateful for her consistent dedication and can-do attitude!

“Technology is a dialog with human potential.”

The Hershey Company will be implementing Corporate Wayfinding and Service Request Kiosks throughout their buildings to enhance their employees’ interactions with their building. They were iOFFICE’s first client to propose the idea for the Service Request Kiosks, and suggested the kiosks have the ability to click a button on the screen when a new SR arises for the operations team.
