Drop the mic! We just concluded our 3rd Annual User Conference and it was a huge success!  We spent two days at Minute Maid Park, the home of our beloved Astros, watching a little baseball, socializing and working together to take advantage of all the exciting opportunities that exist in todays workplace. During our time together, we recognized a few of our customers who are accelerating progress within their own organization and contributing to the success of the iOFFICE solution. We are so grateful to have such an awesome customer community who are willing to share ideas and work in true partnership.

“All in, all the time”

As the Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities, Will has played a huge role in the successful implementation of our Service Request module at multiple departments for Health Management Systems . The entire facilities team at HMS actually recommended iOFFICE to the human resources team, since their experience with the system was so positive. Will provided his unwavering support when the HMS HR department expressed interest in acquiring the system for themselves. We can’t thank him enough for his support.

As Will was unable to attend our event this year, Elise Gross, also with HMS, accepted the award on his behalf.

As the Facilities Operations Manager, Lori faced these challenges head-on and was able to complete the implementation of iOFFICE quickly while continuing to support her team through the transition.
