The Director of Customer Success over the iOFFICE enterprise, Haneen Shouman, is leading our customer-first support services and oversees all customer success objectives. She is passionate about setting all customers up for success. Under Haneen’s direction, the customer success team will focus on proactively delivering the best overall experience.
As our organization and customer base continues growing, Haneen adds a strong success layer on top of our solid support functions. All support services and customer success retention will fall under Haneen’s purview. Ultimately, Haneen will increase overall efficiency by standardizing the tools and processes, providing more value to our customers.
Haneen’s degree in engineering set the stage for her impressive professional background, which is predominately in the areas of software support and application consulting as well as channel management. She’s often recognized for her personability and her strong analytical side, her ability to connect data and talk numbers and analyze charts and graphs.
Haneen attributes her leadership strength to strategic practicality, balancing decisions that best support today and the future.
A graduate of the Asper MBA Program from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba, Haneen stays regularly involved in the program’s meetings to discuss activity and involvement in the community.
She loves to cook and is particularly excited about preparing Lebanese foods, especially hummus and tabouli. She has been in Winnipeg for the past 5 years, along with her family which includes her 9-year-old daughter and 20-month-old son. Prior to that, Haneen was in Dubai for 8 years, and having lived internationally she stays active on social media to maintain the friendships she’s made from all around the world.
Her favorite way to unwind is to play games and explore their local area with her children.
