    We are looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant who has the presence, sense of urgency and superb organizational skills to support the CEO and CFO. We are a fast growing company in the enterprise software industry and are private equity backed. Due to the nature of this role, this individual is expected to engage with top senior executives and the board of directors on a regular basis.

    The ideal candidate possesses not only deep experience in administrative support but also pays the highest attention to detail and has the ability to anticipate the needs of executives and board members. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others, a team player who is flexible and possesses a get-it-done attitude.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Schedule and set up critical meetings, establish agendas, coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with attendees
    • Plan, arrange and coordinate international and domestic business travel for multiple executives and the senior team
    • Review and prepare information and presentations for CEO and CFO, with great attention to detail and accuracy
    • Maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism while dealing with confidential and sensitive information among the senior team, Board members, investors, and potential acquisition targets
    • Prioritization, brainstorming, planning, and execution of special projects including events, offsites, budgets and preparations for Board and senior leadership meetings
    • Organize and circulate important documents, including management of electronic storage, coordinating signatures, disseminating report and coordinating activities

    Requirements for Application

    • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • A minimum of 6+ years’ work experience as an Executive Assistant supporting and reporting to a C-level executives
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response
    • Ability to convey a professional image, as well as, effectively represent the organization as appropriate in its relationship with both internal and external constituents
    • Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and possesses the ability to address multiples priorities, and meet deadlines

    Desired Experience and Ability

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Typing skills of 60 wpm
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of other computer programs such as NetSuite, Expensify, SalesForce.com, or the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
    • Ability to research and propose possible solutions to various administrative challenges
