Jessica joined iOFFICE in August 2007. She has been working as a Business Analyst and Report Writer since graduating college. At iOFFICE, she works closely with the users to analyze data and compile it into a report format that helps them make business decisions. As a Business Analyst, she works between the Customer Service Support Team and the Development Team to bring new ideas to the developers or issues that are going on that need to be looked at.
She graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems in December 1999.
In her spare time, she loves to travel with her husband, Mark, and explore new places together. She also loves walking with her two dogs, Zoe and Abby.
