Most recently, Carol was Chief People Officer at Abrigo, a compliance, credit risk, and lending software company. She has also held HR leadership roles at Spredfast (now Khoros), CompassLearning (now Edgenuity Inc.), Lombardi Software (an IBM company), and Abbott Spine (now Zimmer). She is an alumna of Texas State University and earned her MBA and master’s in organizational leadership and ethics from St. Edward’s University.
