As the VP of Customer Experience, Missy Bolino is responsible for leading customer-centric initiatives and keeping the organization focused on the customer. Missy is dedicated to customer's needs today and anticipating their needs in the future. She heads iOFFICE's customer advisory initiatives and customer reference program. Customers trust Missy based on her two decades of work in solving the biggest challenges around innovating the workplace, because Missy has been the customer. Simply put, she knows what works and what doesn’t.
Prior to joining iOFFICE, Missy cultivated a space for herself in the IWMS and Corporate Real Estate technology landscape and has helped direct the evolution of the employee-centric workplace. Just one part of her extensive experience includes driving innovative, enterprise-wide workspace solutions for 60,000 associates across 14 million square feet of agile office space at Capital One. There she directed large technology programs for enterprise-wide software solutions that delivered customer success. Missy managed a diverse and evolving technology portfolio and corresponding teams to advance customer capabilities while simplifying process and reducing costs. Above all else, Missy is a passionate thought leader and customer advocate who will not quit, until each challenge converted into a new opportunity.
Missy is a Virginia Tech graduate with a B.S. in Interior Design. Based in Richmond, Missy is married with two teenagers, where she and her family enjoy exploring beach towns and cheering on ACC football, especially the Virginia Tech Hokies and Clemson Tigers.
