Our Approach to New
Customer Onboarding

iofficecorp
iofficecorp

When working with a new customer, our goal is to make the transition from sales to service as seamless as possible — and we have the resources to do just that. After our sales team offers introductions, reviews the project scope, and addresses risks, our implementation team steps in to lead the project strategy, plan, data standards, and next steps. From the implementation process to the experienced individuals leading it, you can be confident our customer onboarding plan will help you maximize use of and reap the full benefits of your iOFFICE investment.

TWO MANAGERS WITH ONE SHARED GOAL

Help you make the most of your investment

Project Manager

You will be assigned an iOFFICE project manager who is responsible for the planning and execution of your project. They will be the one who defines and documents the project scope, goals, and deliverables, coordinates meetings and schedules, and communicates expectations.

First point of contact for:
  • Any questions or decisions related to the project

Implementation Manager

Your assigned iOFFICE implementation manager oversees day-to-day tasks and technical project deployment. Alongside the project manager, they will run the kick-off meeting and further workshops to get customer data integrated into the iOFFICE software.

Helps with:
  • Best practices for data collection/delivery and integrations

Customized training is also available

In conjunction with implementation training sessions — where operations teams and power users learn about product capabilities and customization options — customers can schedule additional sessions with a product engagement trainer. Based on insights from key stakeholders, these specialized sessions focus on use of the iOFFICE software in the context of client configurations, from their interactions to associated workflows. While intended for a limited audience, product engagement training sessions can be recorded and shared internally.
