Robyn Benincasa is the founder of World Class Teams, a world champion adventure racer, a CNN Hero, former corporate sales expert and a full time firefighter who advises organizations on building World Class Teams of their own. One of the highest rated female speakers who regularly shares the stage with world leaders and business icons, her customers include many Fortune companies like Starbucks, Deloitte, Aflac, Fast Company, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, ARAMARK, Siemens, 3M, Coldwell Banker, Ameriprise, Microsoft, AT&T.
With a background in marketing, she was previously in corporate sales with Baxter and Allergan and is currently a full-time firefighter. World Champion Eco-Challenge Adventure Racer, CNN Hero, Founder of the Project Athena Foundation (Survivors to Athletes!), 3x Guinness World Record Distance Paddler and proud owner of 2 metal ‘bionic hips’, Robyn definitely knows a thing or two about creating Human Synergy – “that magic that allows groups of ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things together.”
Rodolphe has a long track record in advising C-level executives on their toughest energy and environmental strategic challenges. He is a co-founder of Verdantix and joined the Verdantix Board of Directors from a strategy consulting background having worked in the London office of L.E.K. Consulting and in the strategy team at Barclays, one of the UK’s largest banking groups. He brings a wealth of strategy advisory experience and financial analysis skills to the Verdantix research agenda.
As well as consulting on real estate, energy and facility optimization strategies, he has worked in the retail, transport and financial services sectors through a variety of consulting and in-house assignments for government, corporates and private equity clients. Following his undergraduate studies at Jesus College, Cambridge, Rodolphe gained a PhD in Physics also from Cambridge University.
A talented developer, Kenton has written much of the underlying platform that makes the iOFFICE portal work. When a new module is created or there is a major update, Kenton is the one who envisions the project and designs it from scratch. Before iOFFICE, Kenton worked extensively on award-winning applications, design and user experiences for companies including Capital Records, BHP Billiton, the City of Houston.
Mark has been a champion of digital workplace solutions since the start of his career, and has motivated many companies to take a leap in the right direction by embracing cloud technologies that enhance the employee experience. He recently served as Vice President of Building and Asset Operations for IBM, where he brought their technology to market and guided clients through applying that technology to their workplace. Prior to IBM, Mark was part of the executive team at Tririga, where he played an integral role in developing the former startup into the key IWMS player it is today.
Mike is a dynamic speaker, podcaster, and seasoned marketer who is passionate about sharing iOFFICE’s unique brand of thought leadership to CRE, FM and IT leaders in the digital workplace. Mike has inspired industry professionals with his focus on shared human experiences and workplace connections at IFMA, CoreNet, and other industry gatherings.
As the VP of Product Strategy, Chad David Smith wears many hats that leverage his 20+ years of experience in the industry. Chad collaborates directly with clients and partners as well as with the iOFFICE client experience, client success, sales, marketing and development teams to create the most innovative and valued solutions for our clients. He is responsible for creating new products for the future, while improving the offerings that we already provide. Chad does this by translating the many voices of our clients and of the market into a clear roadmap that delivers quality solutions with ultimate velocity. And he depends on a lot of help from the entire iOFFICE team to deliver all of this.

Bio: Ed’s mission is to help companies transform their operations and achieve sustainability targets by delivering innovative solutions leveraging Current’s indoor LED + IoT platform and best-in-class partner software applications. He has helped lead deployments of Current’s IoT infrastructure and partner ecosystem in millions of square feet of commercial office, retail, and warehouse sites for Fortune 500 customers. Prior to joining GE Current, Ed was a leader in utility scale wind and solar project development and financing at First Solar and in private equity. He started his career in energy investment banking. Ed graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in political science. He lives in Boston, MA, and is an avid skier, frequent traveler, and occasional bar investor.
