As the Director of Customer Success, Angela Burkett is dedicated to one thing: ensuring that every iOFFICE customer has a rewarding experience with the platform. Angela starts by owning the outcome. At iOFFICE, she has developed a comprehensive training program and works closely with internal Knowledge Management and Customer Service Support teams to constantly enhance the customer experience. With each upgrade and new feature added to the iOFFICE Platform, HUMMINGBIRD and new partners within the iOFFICE Marketplace, Angela makes certain that customers are aware of changes and massive opportunities to constantly enhance their employee and workplace experiences.
Prior to joining iOFFICE, Angela served as a consultant for another IWMS provider where she ran software implementation specializing in customer training. That hands-on experience gave Angela the opportunity to dive deeply into customers’ goals and challenges and guide them through the implementation phase from start to finish. Angela previously worked at a property management software company, where during her tenure, she planned hundreds of software implementations and training programs across a broad spectrum on occupant technologies. Her patience, expertise and insights have made her a master trainer and creative problem solver that ensures that she’ll always get the job done.
Angela earned her BA in Communications from Thomas Edison State College. In her free time, Angela plays tennis and volunteers for her neighborhood’s Homeowner's Association where she proudly serves as President. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter and their sheltie, Aussie.
