Mark has been a champion of digital workplace solutions since the start of his career, and has motivated many companies to take a leap in the right direction by embracing cloud technologies that enhance the employee experience. He recently served as Vice President of Building and Asset Operations for IBM, where he brought their technology to market and guided clients through applying that technology to their workplace. Prior to IBM, Mark was part of the executive team at Tririga, where he played an integral role in developing the former startup into the key IWMS player it is today.
Kay Sargent, ASID, IIDA, CID, LEED AP, MCR.w, WELL AP, is a senior principal and director of HOK’s WorkPlace practice. Based in Washington, D.C., she leads diverse project teams that solve clients’ business and organizational challenges related to real estate business process, strategic planning, workplace strategy and change management.
Elizabeth Dukes has provided innovative facilities management solutions to hundreds of Fortune 1000 corporations since 1989 and focuses on marketing, sales, customer solution implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction. She is responsible for building partnerships and business relationships, communicating company solutions, expanding the team and advising the CEO and senior leadership team on business issues.

Kanav Dhir currently serves as Senior Product Manager at VergeSense. His focus is to own and drive the product vision and execution for VergeSense's current and future software and hardware products. Previously, Kanav spent several years at GE where he helped found an Industrial AI and Robotics venture spun out of GE Ventures. Kanav also spent time leading several products at Current by GE in the smart lighting and smart building industry. Kanav is a graduate of Boston University, where he studied Computer Engineering.
A talented developer, Kenton has written much of the underlying platform that makes the iOFFICE portal work. When a new module is created or there is a major update, Kenton is the one who envisions the project and designs it from scratch. Before iOFFICE, Kenton worked extensively on award-winning applications, design and user experiences for companies including Capital Records, BHP Billiton, the City of Houston.
As the VP of Product Strategy, Missy Bolino works directly with the executive and development teams to create iOFFICE’s product strategy. Even more importantly, Missy is the voice of the customer within the product team, heading iOFFICE’s customer advisory initiatives. She is dedicated to building the product roadmap in concert with customer’s needs today and anticipating their needs in the future. Customers trust Missy based on her two decades of work in solving the biggest challenges around innovating the workplace, because Missy has been the customer. Simply put, she knows what works and what doesn’t.
Mike is a dynamic speaker, podcaster, and seasoned marketer who is passionate about sharing iOFFICE’s unique brand of thought leadership to CRE, FM and IT leaders in the digital workplace. Mike has inspired industry professionals with his focus on shared human experiences and workplace connections at IFMA, CoreNet, and other industry gatherings.
As a former customer, Rebecca truly has seen both sides of the coin. When she first joined the iOFFICE team, she was responsible for guiding customers through the process of integrating our IWMS system into daily operations. Rebecca is skilled at building relationships with our customers in an effort to help facilities personnel solve the challenges of managing the ever-changing modern work environment.
Rebecca is a proud University of Texas Longhorn graduate, hook 'em! She enjoys screwball comedies from the 1930s and 40s especially if they feature the tailored fashions of the era a la Katharine Hepburn. She enjoys long distance running, exploring new cultures and anything that makes her laugh.
CFO Jim Dunn comes to iOFFICE with an extensive background in finance. As a lawyer and CPA, he has worked across a variety of global industries including software, telecom, healthcare and manufacturing, giving him deep operational insights into a myriad of business and financial models.
Jim has guided startups and large enterprises through mergers and acquisitions, public and private fundraising events and even two IPOs. His breadth of expertise includes financial operations, HR compliance and IT systems. Jim is also an experienced cost accountant, understanding how to leverage a company’s best assets and balance sheet to ensure their long-term success. At iOFFICE, he’s responsible for creating the strategic financial plan for the company’s organic and acquisitional growth.
George Banos, joined iOFFICE in 2010 and specializes in solving workplace management challenges and improving facility operations by engaging with clients from discovery to implementation. Before joining iOFFICE, George led project teams delivering multi-phased healthcare and commercial construction projects from design to occupancy at SpawMaxwell Company and Balfour Beatty PLC. Additionally, George served as Associate Professor at University of Houston College of Technology in the Construction Management department.
George graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Construction Management from the College of Engineering. When he's not working hard for our clients, George enjoys mountain biking, brewing craft beer, and polishing-up on his guitar playing. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter.
