Developers and Marketers OH MY! Check out the new iOffice hires.
At iOFFICE, we have recently experienced a growth spurt, and we hired some talented new minds to help with the expansion! We have added three new individuals to our development team, one to our marketing and we have hired our first summer intern. We are just elated to have such bright people joining our team of Workspace Cowboys! Learn more about our recent hires below.
Casey Yancey, Developer, previously served as Software Engineer within the Partner Operations team at Kiva.org, a non-profit organization that provides an online micro finance platform to low-income/ undeserved entrepreneurs and students globally. Casey provided technical solutions and operational support for Kiva’s field partners around the world which included financial transactions, borrower tracking, loan management, and an 18 hour bus ride with only one bathroom stop in a remote region of east Africa.
She now serves on our Development team to continue to improve structure and features of our IWMS software. Casey also enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.
Courtney (Cece) Wood, Marketing Intern, is our wonderful summer hire! At the office Cece works along side our Director of Marketing to design and write blog posts, develop graphic images and email content for our customers and prospective clients.
Cece is currently studying Business Marketing and will be a senior at Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas. Upon graduation, she will seek a career in public relations. She enjoys traveling and drawing, and loves to play tennis with her friends.
Mark Moore, Web Developer, came to us all the way from Dublin, Ireland! As one of our remote employees, Mark is currently working on our front-end user interface, adding new features and interactions within the software to keep the program intuitive and easy to use for our 70,000 everyday users.
When he’s not busy editing our software, Mark enjoys many outdoor activities and loves to visit the ocean. His biggest hobby is skydiving. He is actually a fully qualified skydiving instructor and has jumped out of a plane more than 1,200 times!
Sean Getchell, Knowledge Manager, comes to us originally from Santa Barbara, California, Sean enjoys reading, writing, staying up-to-date on the latest technology and spending time with his wife and two children.
At iOFFICE, Sean is responsible for streamlining the flow of knowledge within our organization. Sean will be updating and developing documentation to help directly support each one of iOFFICE’s 10 modules through training materials to educate both employees and iOFFICE customers.
Victor Ramos, Developer, is currently working on the localization portion of the iOFFICE application. He is adding new languages to the system to reach a broader audience and our current multi-lingual customers around the globe.
Victor was born in Mexico, and is fluent in Spanish, but he grew up in the city of Brownsville, TX. Victor enjoys training for 5K and 10K races and while attending the University of Texas Pan American, he ran cross country.
