iOFFICE attending the IFMA World Workplace Conference in San Antonio

iOffice is attending IFMA’s World Workplace 2012: The Facility Conference and Expo in San Antonio, Texas. This event will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center located in the heart of beautiful downtown San Antonio. IFMA’s World Workplace Conference & Expo is the largest and most well-respected annual conference for facility management and related profession. This year, the conference will be opened by Guy Kawasaki, Former Chief Evangelist of Apple and co-founder of the “online magazine rack” Alltop.com.

iOffice will be doing live demonstrations of their leading software, the Integrated Workplace Management System, to all attendees. They will also be demonstrating how their clients are mobile with the software by utilizing tablets and smart phones. These demonstrations will also showcase the newest feature, GIS interactive mapping. This feature is an update to facility management applications that initially allow tracking of:

  • Building locations and square footage
  • Service activity levels/ticket volume
  • Technician assignment and availability
