The iOFFICE User Conference is all about celebrating our customers, and giving recognition to those that inspire us each day to make our IWMS just as awesome as they are! This year, we couldn’t help but notice a few stand-out individuals who have really pushed us to be our very best, and we’re so thankful for them. We took a few moments during the event to recognize these customers last week. We can’t thank them enough for truly ELEVATING our entire team, and we can only imagine the great things that we will see in the near future from these iOFFICE power-users!

Brad Faber | McKesson
“All in, all the time”
iOFFICE’s relationship with Brad Faber, the Director of Facilities Operations at McKesson, has always been special. Brad has been a supporter of our vision for the future of the workplace and our mission to help facilities reach their full potential from the very beginning. From promoting our system to multiple departments at McKesson to his willingness to be a referral to potential customers, and agreeing to speak about his experience with us at conferences. Brad has truly shown us unwavering support, and we are so grateful for everything he has done!

As the Regional Facility Manager for CB&I, Lucy Shanahan has been instrumental in expanding her organization’s global reach. She took it upon herself to ensure every single CB&I location around the globe was included into her iOFFICE portfolio. She has truly embraced the global mindset and has lead the way for her organization, while she also has challenged us at iOFFICE to fulfill her company’s expanding needs.

Alex Lawner serves as the Senior Strategic Projects Manager for EBSCO, and has always been keeping the iOFFICE team on its toes (in the best way!). He consistently presenting some great reporting ideas and feature requests that have pushed iOFFICE to think outside of the box. The innovations that stem from this type of critical and futuristic thinking are why our software is more robust than any other on the market. We are so thankful to have a customer who helps us look ahead to what they need most, and in turn, what many of our customers didn’t know they needed.

As one of our longest-standing customers, we’re always delighted to interact with Jodi Parrott, the Facilities Planning Specialist, for FBL Financial. Not only has Jodi been a cheerleader for iOFFICE since FBL’s implementation, she consistently roots for us on social media, and has done such a wonderful job of rallying other facilities leaders to use social media to connect, engage and network. We adore Jodi not only as a champion for iOFFICE but for the FM industry as a whole.

Mike Alexander | Pokemon
“Technology is a dialog with human potential”
Pokemon has experienced quite the year, but that hasn’t slowed down any of their hardworking team! Mike Alexander and his facilities team are currently working with iOFFICE developers to implement a highly technical iOFFICE Space Pinger integration with their SharePoint vendor. The implementation is going well, and we’re so happy to acknowledge him with this award for his efforts in utilizing our IWMS in such a forward-thinking way. Keep it up, Mike!
While we think (and know) all of our customers are awesome, we couldn’t help but recognize these select few for going the extra mile to challenge, inspire and encourage the entire iOFFICE team.
