As die-hard Astros fans fresh off a World Series win, we know what it takes to be a champion in baseball. (Having a powerhouse like Jose Altuve certainly helps!)

Becoming a champion in the workplace may not make headlines, but many of the same principles apply. It takes a lot of persistence, teamwork and a desire for continuous improvement. Oh…and some spring training.

If becoming a workplace champion is one of your resolutions for 2018, join the iOFFICE team as we host our very own spring training session: The 2018 Workplace Champions Summit. Our third annual user conference will give you an opportunity to learn and laugh with some of the most brilliant minds in facility management and workplace leadership.

We’re excited to host it April 25-26 at the Westin Houston Downtown and historic Minute Maid Park. Plus, the event includes (drumroll please) early admission to see the Astros take on the LA Angels! And if that’s not enough to get you pumped, here are three more things you can look forward to.

1. Inspiration from Workplace Management Innovators

This year we’ll have Vik Bangia, Founder and CEO of Verum Consulting, who has more than 25 years of expertise in corporate real estate, real estate outsourcing and strategic planning. He serves on the board of directors of CoreNet Global and has been involved in all aspects of corporate real estate, from downsizings and relocations to mergers and acquisitions.

We’ll also hear from bestselling author and employee engagement expert Jill Christensen, who will share proven strategies for turning disengaged workers into a unified, high-performing team.

2. Exclusive Hands-On Training

Wouldn’t you love to know the true costs of your office spaces? Instantly see which areas are underutilized so you can make adjustments?

With the iOFFICE Report Management module, you can get all the data you need to make the best decisions for your company and your workforce. If taking a deep dive into data sounds intimidating, have no fear: We’ll walk you through it!

3. An Amazing Scavenger Hunt Through Minute Maid Park

We can’t lie – it was pretty entertaining to see how competitive attendees were last year as they ran around the hallway scanning printouts of assets and entering the information into the iOFFICE Asset Manager app.

This year we’ve brought back the scavenger hunt by popular demand – with some new twists, of course.

Last year’s iOFFICE User Conference was a ton of fun. We enjoyed hearing about your personal experiences using the iOFFICE IWMS, getting inspiration from leading minds in the workplace and, of course, sharing fantastic food and a lot of laughs. But with an iconic setting, Astros baseball, and an all-star lineup of speakers, this year’s conference is sure to be one for the record books.
