Business Insider analyzed more than 3 million employee ratings from over 30,000 organizations using the employee-review site, Comparably. The site questions current employees about their work environment, the company’s culture, their overall workload and the company’s emphasis on the employee experience.
Top on the list? You guessed it, tech companies, which isn’t much of a surprise. Another trend among the top companies was emphasis on the employee experience. Smart move, considering companies with engaged employees outperform others by over 200%.
