That’s exactly what Business Insider did to develop their 2017 list of the 50 Best Big Companies to Work For. The winners were chosen by the honest opinions of the employees who spend so much of their time inside these offices.

That’s exactly what Business Insider did to develop their 2017 list of the 50 Best Big Companies to Work For. Business Insider analyzed more than 3 million employee ratings from over 30,000 organizations using the employee-review site, Comparably. The site questions current employees about their work environment, the company’s culture, their overall workload and the company’s emphasis on the employee experience.

Top on the list? You guessed it, tech companies, which isn’t much of a surprise. Another trend among the top companies was emphasis on the employee experience. Smart move, considering companies with engaged employees outperform others by over 200%.
